Welcome to live online Sri Lanka cooking classes! Now you can join from your own kitchen anywhere in the world! This way individuals come together online and cook up a Sri Lankan feast!

I offer live online cooking classes for five participants onwards.

You can select courses from this list, which are under different catagories and either put together your own group (minimum five participants) or register individually for a cooking class (VISIT UPCOMMING CLASSES) on one of the dates and menus set by me.

SRI LANKA GOURMET PLATES from 17€

RICE & CURRY – GOURMET PLATES are comprised of one rice dish, one curry (veggi/vegan, OR one type of fish, OR one type of meat, OR egg). You will prepare either a salad garnish or papadam with each plate.

SRI LANKA ENTERTAINERS from 49€

ENTERTAINERS are party Menus. You will prepare special dishes which are typical for special occasions and parties in Sri Lanka. We will cook a rice dish and five other different dishes, including curries, salads, papadam etc. The Entertainers can include seafood, fish, meat and vegetable dishes, salad and side dishes.

SRI LANKA CHUTNEYS from 44€

SRI LANKA CHUTNEY COURSES: Chutney is made from fruits, vegetables, and/or herbs with vinegar, sugar, and spices.

Chutney goes perfectly with rice & curry, meat dishes, pan-fried vegetables, fried fish, creamy/goat or many other cheese types, to refine curries or simply as a dip for bread or different rice dishes.

During each chutney course will learn one chutney from many different chutney types such as: pineapple, beetroot, mango, apple, pears or citrus fruits. Usually a chutney preparation can take about three hours. From the chopping of the vegetable, cooking in low heat and filling properly into sterilise jars are included in this process.

SRI LANKA SNACKS & FINGERFOOD from 34€

In Sri Lanka there are many salty snacks and fingerfoods famous among the folk. And they call these “short eats”.

Some of them are Pattis, Fish Cutluts, Rolls, varios Sandwiches Fish buns or Egg Roti. Papadam is also a very famous side dish in Sri Lanka, which we can enjoy as a quick salty snack. During each of the Sri Lanka Snacks and Fingerfood course, I will guide you how to prepare some of these tasty and crispy salty food.
