CHUTNEY (Online Course 400) – Pineapple Chutney
Guided by myself through instruction and demonstration you will prepare and process seasonal fruit and vegetables into delicious chutneys that you will make at your own homekitchen. Today we will make a very delicious pineapple chutney.
In Sri Lanka we eat chutney with rice and curry as a side dish. We also eat pineapple chutney with snacks or papadam (very thin deep-fried flatbreads made from bean flour, lentil flour or rice flour) and also with dosas (crepe-like pancakes made from rice flour and lentil flour).
