Chutney making Class – Course 431
Chutney making classes in Freiburg – Join us for a hands-on traditional chutney making class. As a group you will make two types of chutneys during a single session course of five hours and will learn about the preparation of the
vegetables and fruits and the selection of sugar, vinegar and spices, as well as correct storage.
All the ingredients, non alcoholic beverages, teas and a varity of selected Sri Lankan snacks & other food items which goes together with chutneys for lunch or dinner (depending on the course time) is included in the course price.
You will get to take home two bottles of each chutney and the recipes.
